ARESTECH PMS Include production control, quality control and information control. It detect and control the corrugated board production process through accurate sensors and computer calculation, simulation of manual operation. Production control monitor and adjust all factors which affect the efficiency, including: synchronous speed control, wet-end paper control, and Dry end orders change control; Quality control monitor and adjust all factors which affect the quality, including: Overhead bridge paper accumulation control etc. Information control, mainly include order management, paper materials and report statistics and other production management. The production management system can combine the whole line automatic control, so as to improve the production efficiency, increasing the production, reduce the raw material loss and operator experience dependence.

l  Synchronization control

The synchronization means control single facer speed, it can keep same speed with the main canvas belt. Its role is to avoid excessive paper accumulation or pull off the bridge paper. Because speed rapid change, easy to shake machine, poor corrugated flute, poor bonding and other issues; health management will be based on characteristics of the individual motors at different speeds to provide different speed control curve, try to slow down the speed change, and get stable corrugated flute and glue (paste) uniform.


l  Overhead bridge paper accumulation control

Overhead bridge control, not only to avoid the paper cutter and paper accumulation problems, and affect the accuracy of the entire wet paper change and manual tear sheet automatic compensation. The reason is simple, the entire production line, in addition to the paper wavy bridge plot is not easy to estimate, but the distance is almost fixed data from mill roller to climbing belt, as well as from the bridge suction paper guide to NC cutter. Really want to count, it is how to calculate the actual volume of paper bridge, as well as the amount of automatic detection compensation for doing bad paper torn by worker on the bridge.

For bridge detection and control, tracking and flow control technology; the one hand, track actual paper accumulation, on the other hand, use climbing belt feed amount and bridge suction guide paper output amount, to measure by flow control. The difference between the two amounts (bridge tear amount) feedback synchronization control automatically, to achieve compensation and a fixed bridge accumulation.

l  Paper surplus volume control (Optional)

Through sensors, PMS can calculate accurately the radius, length of surplus paper roll in real time, so paper roll can splice automatically once the surplus paper roll use out.

 

l  Dry end online control

6666666.jpgAt Corrugated production line Dry end side, the production management system can control the rotary cutoff, NC slitter scorer, the NC cutter and the stacker, and automatically send the orders downloaded from the office to the controllers online, completely avoid the personnel complicated orders input error, and reduce the quantity of bad paper boards when order change control not well.

 

l  Dry end order change control

Order change control: This is most important function, its action is not only in the appropriate time to start the individual order change program, at the same time, in order to coordinate orders separation and NC cutter speed above problem (NC cutter in different cutting length has different speed limit), Dry end need to automatic control to slow down its speed to the appropriate order change speed. After the automatic order change program finished, return to machine speed before change or the maximum speed limit. Example: artificial operation in NC slitter, pressure loss (up and down) generally within 5 meters. The production management can avoid loss of this part.

When connection equipment controller of Dry end, the controller as a whole the main control task, including bad paper control and order change time; The PMS of role is to constantly provide order data synchronization, recycling production as a result, at the same time, instant Dry end controller to capture the production status of orders, such as good paper, bad paper boards quantity to calculate and adjust the wet end paper use and paper mill change time.

PMS can print label according to customer requirement after stacker, this label can set depends on customer appointed form, such as paper size, flute type, and quantity of tag need to print, etc, this is printed by computer when print at dry end side.


l  Office system connection online. (Optional)

PMS provide different kinds of ERP connection mode.including (RS-232 / RS-422) serial communication, also provide file exchange and delivery (FTP) way. So whether the customer is UNIX, SCO-UNIX, WINDOWS, DOS system, We have the experience and method to connect. The connection consists of three parts,

•Download orders to the PMS system

• Recycle production data from finished orders

• Real time corrugated line production data, written in ERP file
